Love, love, love this little hot spot! Who knew that such a fun restaurant existed in Lake Dallas. The margaritas are phenom and the chips and salsa legit. When I walked in the door, 3 regulars all said hello and welcomed me in. So refreshing! The atmosphere was a serious party with karaoke, laughs and great chips and salsa. The owner sat with me at the bar and explained that she and her husband and their best friends bought this sweet little restaurant. It’s less TexMex and more authentic Mexican. The restaurant is adjacent to a church, so you can stop off and pray after having a few Margie’s. So much fun! We are the beef tacos (Taco Tuesday special) and a veggie taco salad. Both were great. I will definitely be back and encourage you to try it too.

This is such a hidden treasure. the food is absolutely delicious and the service is out of this world. the salsa is so good and so cold and so fresh. I highly recommend ordering the asada fries with onion rings instead of fries. INCREDIBLE!

The food dose not have a lot of flavor, and the salsa is not very spicy. Queso is a little to runny . The people are nice and the place is fun . But they do need to work on the flavor and quality of the food

Lunchtime specials on Thursday is fajitas and Friday is Flautas…they are both so delicious! Chips are crispy and salsa has just the right amount of kick to it. Owner is super friendly. Service has been wonderful each time that Emily has been my server. Even when she was the only one and a room full of people, she stayed on top of everything.
