I had been wanting to order from them all day, but couldn’t figure out what the picture was on the Google website so I called and asked, they had no idea what picture I was talking about. So I asked for the Hunan beef and after they took forever to bring it, they gave me this massacre of sauce. The egg rolls were soaked along with my sauces and utensils. I literally had to pour the sauce from the bag out. I called them up and they said I had to bring it in if I didn’t like the food as per policy…yes I ordered delivery food to my hotel while in town visiting and I have to bring it to u to complain Bad policy, bad service, ok food I guess.

We ordered two Mongolian beef plates and two sweet teas this came too $32.15 total, asked for a refill on tea and got a empty cup, check out the picture of how much onion came in each order, we pulled what very little meat that came with it and put on the rice less the whole onion served with the dish, way over PRICED, food was good, small portion made to look big with onion

I went to eat with my wife and two kids. We all loved it. Food is fresh and great portions for the value. I ordered Kum Pao, asked the server to make it extra spicy and it was delicious. We also got broccoli chicken, Mongolian beef and Crab Rangoons. Honestly everything was tasty. I’m coming back again.

Don’t buy food to go. I bought shrimp fried rice & shrimp egg fo Yong. The rice was days old dry & hard. The fo Yong was burnt on the outside, inside 2 shrimps. Vegetables frozen and hardly cooked. This is the 2nd time I have tried their food and was highly disappointed. Looks like I’m going to have to travel a little further to get decent food. So much for supporting the community. Quick Wok you are paid the amount you ask for your food, unfortunately the customer is NOT getting what they paid for.

I ordered a pick up order using the “beyond menu” program on Valentine’s day because my wife wanted Chinese. I got home and discovered my 11 dollar chicken fried rice was missing. I called and we discovered that my order didn’t print out on their receipt but it was clearly there and I paid for it. The woman I spoke with was very nice and said she would apply the credit to my name and number. Fast forward to 3/3/23 about 2 weeks later, I call to make another large order and am told I don’t have a credit and she would have to investigate what I’m saying. To investigate she had to call the other employees who were working that day to see if they remembered. I didn’t have time for her to play detective. So instead of honoring an 11 dollar credit, y’all lost a 50-80 dollar with every order customer. Wonderful customer service… Not!

I’ve been ordering from here since moving here 6 years ago. Obviously prices have gone up. Food is good not great, depending on what you order. First time ordering Mongolian beef and I am not impressed. Really I ordered onion with a side of beef for 15.00… refused to refund if I couldn’t bring it back… last time going here.

Every. Time I order takeout from here it’s always a hit ! Everything is so yummy from their fresh sushi to their fried rice to lunch specials. I don’t mind the wait because I know its good but to avoid it I always order ahead and it’s ready in 15 minutes or less. And its great that they deliver I live just a few blocks from here and delivery is usually less than 30 minutes. Great customer service all around from cooks to cashiers. I just love this place 🙂

First time ordering from them, Ordered wontons dumpling sesame and orange chicken, EVERY SINGLE ONE of those items were cold and soggy. The rice was the only thing that was kind of warm and tasted pretty bad too (but atleast it was warm) wasted $50, also was only 12 mins away from restaurant so…
