We came to get a late dinner snack and were told they had just put our food in the fryer and offered to give us something for the wait but we didn’t mind 🙂 , When we got our food the sweetest person added some desserts to our order anyway for the wait time. It made our night and the hospitality was amazing <3 they were super nice and caring.

Worst food ever tasted since the last I been here. I tried the boneless wings combo and it was so disgusting. The wings so not fresh at all and the curly fries were old and cold. Normally when I go I get a sandwich but these time I wanted to try something different. I never again try it something different and stick to my sandwich w/ curly fries. If I had enough time to go back I would of but Iwas on break and the line was long. It will be a while before I go back.

The second time I went to this Arby’s and asked for a lemonade with no ice. The first time they told me they couldn’t give me a lemonade with no ice. This time asked for a lemonade with no ice and they put ice in it anyway. I shouldn’t be forced to have a drink with ice if I don’t want ice. I know why they do it so they can sell you a cup of ice to increase profits.

We went through the drive-thru and ordered two French dip combos. The sandwiches are good but would have been better if they had put the containers of au jus sauce in with it, gotten my jamoca shake correct instead of giving me a chocolate milkshake and passing it as a jamoca shake, and if they would bring the potato cakes back that would be great because the fries are not. The service, however, Even though they seem shorthanded or very courteous and friendly. My suggestion to corporate…. take surveys of your customer base before you change a staple on the menu and supply your stores with all the ingredients needed for the meals that’s on the menu. I guarantee you you’ll have to turn around in profit if you do.

9:08 pm. At least 5 cars were in line. Orders were taken. Nobody ever came to the window to take money or complete the food orders. Did she fall down in there and get knocked out? Did she take our orders then leave? None of us will ever know. All of the cars left without paying or receiving our orders.

Three Arby’s roast beef sandwiches and a medium drink for a little more than 18 dollars? I ordered a large drink, but was given a medium cup. When I questioned it, I was told the large plastic cups are for shakes only. The days of customers getting what they pay for are over!

The food was hot and fresh. I had the loaded Italian sanwitch. I also had my Sweet Tea avery one that truly knows me no I Love Sweet Tea. Its Arby’s on manchestes express way in Columbus. Go and get your Arby’s for lunch or dinner to day. Arby’s also have new cuponds of for some good meal fills. Good price for money $$.

Not only were they 15 minutes late getting it to me inside, the middle of each burger was RAW ! Fries cold…didn’t mind that as much as RAW burgers. Only got to eat outside edges of burger…ugh !

Sliders were smaller than any arbys ive been to so far. Everywhere ive been has small burger buns, this place seems to cut those buns in half.
