Absolutely love this restaurant. Everything is made to order. They are Columbian so their style of empanadas are different and taste wonderful. I always get the same thing so the ladies already know what I want. I love getting el jugo de mango con agua y dos empanadas de carne. Definitely worth the price. If you don’t speak Spanish, it’s worth trying to learn, or using google translate.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I placed an online order today at 11:30am for 11:45am pick up, upon arrival to pick it up at 11:50am, the employee told me the tablet is not charged and is turned off so they’re not taking online orders. I informed her I was still charged by the business to my bank, showed her my bank account and email receipt. I informed her their system is still functional and is taking orders and charging customers even though her little tablet is completely shut off. She said “she doesn’t work with those online people anymore and they haven’t fixed it, that they haven’t been taking online orders for weeks” (even though when you call, it prompts you to place the order online) So, instead of making the food from my receipt right then and there and I’ll pay right then and there, she advised me to call my bank for a refund. As far as the food, I asked if she can make the food now, she said yes and it’ll be an in person transaction, she asked over and over if I’m paying in cash or card, I stated card TWICE, she still seemed hesitant for whatever reason and seems to have preferred cash. She then proceeded to tell me it’ll be about 20-30 minutes for 8 empanadas and 1 chorizo. I said fine, I’ll come back at 12:30pm and headed home which is about 5 minutes away, no big deal. Before driving back, I called ahead and asked if my order was ready before driving, she told me her co-worker hasn’t showed up and that it’ll be around “maybe 1pm” to check back in to see if she came and if it’s ready. I hung up. What has she been doing this entire time? Does she not know how to fry the food? I’ve been more than nice here and met them halfway, wasted 90 minutes trying to get this lady to fry 8 empanadas + 10 minutes calling my bank for my refund. Mind you, $35 for 8 empanadas, 1 chorizo and 1 chicharron is RIDICULOUS. This place is a joke. 0 stars if I could.

Foodies here. Gambled and LOST! ordered Cuban and arepe. HORRIBLE. On cuban; hormel ham, chunks of sour pork, hot lettuce,undesirable mayo sauce? Pressed on good Cuban bread.

I’ve been there 3 times. I usually pull up order and wait 10mins for a drink, which have been made differently each time. Today I pulled up, followed the sign to honk when arriving. I honked 3 times and no one showed up the only person who noticed me, which I’m assuming is the customer who was sitting down eating. Next time I’ll drive a little further away for better customer service and food.

The chalados and fruit salads are disgusting! I think the cream in my fruit salad was bad. One bite and I was throwing up. I will never go there again. It was so bad that there was no need to call them to tell them. Because to me, as a business owner I would make sure I had fresh supply. I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but this was BAD!!!
