Very good food overall. The staff was nice but not too engaging. They did recommend the spicy steak though which was fantastic and definitely very flavorful. Honestly would recommend as it is on par with Qdoba and Chipotle for a similar price.

I’m sad they closed the location by my house. And embarrassed to say I hadn’t been back in years….still SUPER TASTY. I ordered it for lunch during a total rainstorm and the food was still hot when it arrived. Way tastier options for vegetarians than chipotle. Check out Hot Head and check out Whole Bowl in Clifton you won’t be disappointed, veggie heads!

Food is great as always, but not too black person friendly… I thought i was invisible the entire 8 min it took me to get an order. And it was no one in front of me. Lol. Work on customer service, and it could easily be 5 star.

The food is slightly above average but the staff takes a 3/4 star review to a 5! It’s honestly like a lower quality chipotle/dick’s last resort hybrid lol. I’ve probably been to this location 20+ times over the last 3-4 years and never once seen a smile. These people don’t even pretend to be upbeat. Extra props to the man who always wears the hat… he literally looks he hates life. The first few times I came in I was a little taken aback by the grouchy behavior, but now I expect it and it’s kind of humorous (although I do feel bad for the employees because they must be miserable). I always leave a tip to try to make their day a little better but I really don’t think it has any impact.

I live in ohio but work in Kentucky. I picked up a bowl to go for dinner. Got home while eating it I found more than one black hair in my food. Before you ask it wasnt mine because I was wearing a wig and these hairs had the follicle at the tip from coming from the scalp.
