Very disappointed with the service. It’s been in the 20s all day. Stopped to get gas and their pumps keep saying that they’re loading and don’t stop. Went in to let them know and they already knew about the situation but didn’t go out and put anything on the pumps to let everyone know they aren’t working so we don’t stand outside and freeze thinking that any second we will be able to pump gas. Better to let us freeze than themselves while they put notes on the pumps.

I don’t know about anything else, except their coffee. And for a general store, it tells me everything I need to know. Fantastic; I repeat, fantastic, coffee.

Stopped in there at 430 am only thing they had for breakfast was sausage croissants. Made a comment you never have anything but sausage. The cashier was rude and snotty and said sorry in a very sarcastic way. Bought a box of day old doughnuts and pass the top 1/16th of the doughnut they was so hard you couldn’t even eat them. Not a very good Casey’s probably the worst one I have ever been in. Problems in the past and reported them to corporate office before and will again

Closed early many times… Ran out of fuel many times. Much frustration for the company that’s supposed to be competing for best in the rural Midwest

I dont live far from here and have attempted to order pizza from here in numerous occasions and they just flat out DO NOT ANSWER. Management needs to step up and do something about it.

Worst store in Gallatin. Cashier can’t even do their job, coolers are never filled and you have to ask someone to go get you a drink from the back. Not to mention the last 4 or more pizzas we have got from there have been doughy still even after they say they cooked it longer as I requested. I’m going to start getting my gas from MFA and I don’t get pizza from there anymore anyway.

Wonderful place to get pizza, great coffee and snacks. They have good sandwiches, chicken tenders and even cold sandwiched.

No free/cheap water. Every other major chain of convenience store or restaurant allows you to get water from the soda fountain. Not here. Have to buy bottled water. What a waste.
