Worst service! Waited for an hour and the manager and the server was not empathetic at all. My kid was starving and they did not even bring a part of our order she was eating ketchup. The worst attitude. If you do not want to starve please do not dine in. An ignorant waitress asked me to keep calm after 60minutes even after explaining how hungry my toddler was. I would give a negative 10 if I could for the ignorant people and service. It is a shame of how much we love the wings here. This is second time this is happening! Disgusted by their behavior!

Not sure what happened but the service and food has been terrible. Wait staff try to ignore you and you’re waiting forever for some burnt terrible food. I even went to another buffalo wild wings, expecting to be treated the same, but was wildly surprised at how good everything tasted there. Avoid this location.

i absolutely love the bdubs in marysville me and my boyfriend hardly even eat out and when we do we come here as i am a vegetarian and he is a meat lover we both have many options to chose from for either of us. the staff is always always always above and beyond for us so sweet and friendly i would love to shout out all these lovely ladies by name but i can never remember thier names but tonight i came in very late with my boyfriend and had autumn as our server she fantastic! i belive she might have been attempting to start closing the patio as we walked in but was more than happy to accommodate us out there, and just her kindness in general absolutely love it! thank you bdubs!

15 wings, a 7.99 pizza and milk for my son, 2 tall beers, and 2 appetizers… $90 before tip. I was expecting maybe $50-60. Ridiculously expensive and not worth it. I don’t know how these places stay open anymore. That’s like fine dining prices for 1 person.

Was going to post 4 but they deserve 5 stars. They were short staffed as most places are right now. But, they were very quick to get us seated and the food came out just as fast and it was very delicious. Will return and recommend for anyone looking for a good meal.

This place has gone downhill just before Covid came on the scene. Service is terrible and they can’t seem to get the order right most of the time. They keep destroying their menu. Everything that was good is gone. Bring back Buffalitos. I won’t be back unless they change.

Got in here at 12am when they closed at 1 and the manager said he couldn’t serve any one else because he had a serious fever. I asked him why he had served the tables that were there and he didn’t have any response. Terrible service and I can only imagine the food is worse. Won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend any one else give it a try
