I am not a big fan of this Hardee’s. The staff doesn’t care any about the customers. All they care about Is there drive through time. No matter what you order as soon as you pay, they will tell you to pull up. Not ask, but just tell you rudely to pull up. Then stick there and head out the door to tell you to pull up more so more people can do it also. And like I said, no matter what you order. I can understand if you have a lot. I had a biscuit and gravy still pull up. When I got it, it was cold. So I know they didn’t just cook it.

Number one, exactly what am doing supposed to do with a bowl of gravy with no spoon? That was today. Last week I had two bowls of gravy and no biscuit. Two weeks ago I ordered gravy biscuits and got a biscuit with a bowl of grits. Come on people. It’s not rocket science. And fast food workers want $15 an hour. SMDH

Drive-thru cashier definitely needs to be better at customer service as well as have more knowledge of current sales, suggestive sale ideas and implement those skills to increase sales so to assist in exceeding profits. Also to insure return visits. Was first charged 19 dollars and some change. Once i got to window I questioned total then was told that i did not mention the 2 for 5 when I placed order. So receipt was adjusted to reflect new price of 15.47. Cashier rudely states I should have said the 2 for 5 on order to receive discount. Are you kidding me? What the heck? Knowingly charging regular price because I did not say what was on window poster. SMH

It was fast through the window at 10 in the morning. The gravy biscuit, French toast sticks and hash browns were hot. Everything was in the bag including ketchup, napkins, syrup and forks. The omelet biscuit was a little stale and tasted like microwave. But other than that it is as good.

We ordered 3 breakfast platters one with extra sausage. The manager that I spoke with yesterday was very courteous and stated that I could come in today and they would make it right. So I called this morning and the manager that I spoke with this morning had a nasty attitude and was like bring your receipt and we’ll replace the items you were missing. Two platters didn’t have gravy so are we supposed to just drink the gravy and the other platter was missing extra sausage.
