This place serves it hot and fresh, it was Delish. Fish was hot and crispy and tje fries are fresh and hand cut, so good with malt vinegar!! We also had their fried mushrooms, so yummy!! We will be back!

Great location! Right across the street from Juanita beach. Dine in is nothing special but service was good. I got chicken tenders and fries (chicken was moist and temp was hot). Additionally, I got mushrooms which were great! The sauces were the downfall. 55¢ per sauce, I’m expecting greatness because I’m a sauce gal! I got tartar(which was pre packaged and had good flavor). The ranch was lacking flavor and watery. Next time I will bring my own. Outdoor seating was perfect for the weather. Overall good service and great location.

Had the chicken and chips, fast and friendly service. Hottest (temp) food I’ve had in Kirkland, fresh out of the fryer to our table very quickly, fried in separate oil than the fish. Free refills on the drinks, enough fry’s to split with someone.

The fish and chips here are as good as what I’ve eaten in the chipperies in Scotland and London. The cod is moist and flaky, the batter is crispy and both the chips and fish are served piping hot, made when you order. The indoor and outdoor dining areas are clean, but empty tables can be scarce on busy days. I like to take my order across the street to Juanita Beach Park.

Food and service are great! Excellent food no matter what you buy. My only cringe moment was the cost. (2) 3 piece meals with onion rings, (2) shakes and a jar of tartar sauce was $80+. Yes, I said lunch for 2 people…….IT WAS DELICIOUS THOUGH!

Overall it was a good experience. Good fresh food. But pretty expensive for the amount that you get. I spent 20 dollars on one piece of fish and a pretty small serving of clams. It IS good food. It was just all too expensive for what we got, which was disappointing.

The first impression is that the restaurant is outdated and needs a new design. We ordered halibut and chips and it tastes no different as from Ivar’s Bar. Another disappointing point is the price of $20 for a meal.
