This was our first time but will not be last. From the chic atmosphere to top notch service, On the Rocks was a win. We ordered variety of food and everything was prepared perfectly. The flavors took you on a journey. Definitely a higher end price tag but well worth it.

This is a fantastic place to grab a nice drink and some really good sushi. Some friends of ours had their wedding reception here and the display of sushi and raw oysters was impeccable. Food is great…. If you ever get it. Called for a single roll, was quoted 25-30 minutes. Get there, wait an additional 20 minutes, roll wasn’t even started after 1 hour so left with nothing. Pretty disappointing when there were 2 tables in the entire restaurant.

Where to start…The service is terrible. We tried to call in our order and no one answered. We had to text them and they said they would call us back and never did. So we ordered pick up on Grub Hub. Worst. Decision. Ever. My husband goes inside to pick it up and was told that they were waiting for something and it would be up in a little bit. Then Tony, from the sushi bar intervenes and proceeds to ask my husband if he has been helped and my husband tells him yes. He asks if he is waiting on a pick up order and he asks my husband’s name, and he tells him and Tony says “Oh it’s right here.” My husband tells him that he was told they’re still waiting on an item. He “checks” the order and insists that it is correct and ready. So my husband takes it and we make a stop on our way home. I check the bag and I notice the mac and cheese bites are missing. So we go back and my husband sees Tony and makes his way over but Tony ran to the back before my husband could approach him. Then my husband saw a manager and a hostess but they also made their way to the back. The hostess comes back out and approaches my husband and he says he is missing the mac and cheese bites and she apologizes and says she knew they were waiting on them but Tony acted a little to quickly and handed over the uncompleted order. She had them remake the mac and cheese bites but that took another 20 minutes while our food got ice cold. So not only could we not get our money back because we had to order on their app. To add insult to injury the food tasted like it was served in old grease…not just old grease, there was a fishy background.
