I ordered a grilled fish sub combo. Most of my sub had mostly toppings with a piece of fish about 3 inches long. I bit into the second half to only have one small (ending piece) on it! The charge a dollar extra for fish sub combos but it doesn’t have much fish at all. My advice check your food before you leave.

The lemon pepper wings were not coated in any batter. They were fried without any seasoning. The chicken came out raw. I returned the food and asked for a new batch. The new batch came out the same way raw. I asked for a refund for which the owner was hesitant to give me but she did. And stated I cannot come back to her store. I’ve only been to the store now three times. So I’m okay with not patronizing this store ever again. Her attitude was horrible and I should not have to eat raw chicken.

Good food amazing customer service from the one cashier I think his name was Carter I believe but that man alone can ran that place better then the Korean lady’s and it’s a shame how much they work him and I bet they don’t pay him much either but if you ever get food from there please tip that hard working man he deserves it God bless and have a wonderful day

Wings look good but taste like trash. Don’t know if the chicken is spoiled but I couldn’t eat then. Dude working the counter is rude and can’t count. Total came to $19.53, I gave him a $20 and he didn’t know what change to give me. Ranch wings were doused in ranch powder with no taste.. Lastly, as I waited 4 calls came in that rang over 5 times that he waited to answer because he was playing a game on his phone. Save yourself the trouble

I come here all the time but today turned me off. I ordered 10pc wings and fries. I asked for the fries to be crispy. The cashier went to the back grabbed fries out of the fry basket, tossed them into another basket, and basket down into the oil, all with her bare hands. When she came back to the front , i said “why did you touch my fries with your hands?” She stated those weren’t my fries they were someone else’s. I took my order and went to the car. Something clicked in my head to go back in there. I told her to make them over. She grew so mad. I waited for my new fries and they were soaked with grease. I had to ask for napkins to pat them dry. I can’t patronize them again. Unsanitary and terrible attitude.

This was the worst food I have ever had in my life! The wings were horrible but that wasn’t even the worst part. Aside from the ranch dressing tasting like onion dip; the celery was brown and slime covered them entirely. Luckily I was able to discover them before my five year old ate one. I will never ever ever ever ever in my life think about ordering from America’s Best Wings in Columbia. The experience was so bad that I will probably never visit any of their locations.

The wings were prepared well, a good size, and tasted good. You can tell they change out their oil for frying often, as it does not have that greasy taste that a lot of wing places end up with. There is no where to really sit inside, so I would recommend ordering to-go. This is a quality spot to get wings that I would recommend to others.

I ordered food, the cashier tied my bag so tight so I didn’t check my order until I got home. Which was 15 mins away. I called back to ask if they could remake my order the correct way and possibly add fries since I had to drive all the way back to the restaurant when it was their mistake. They tell me no, just what I ordered. So I’m inconvenienced because you didn’t get my order correct. Customer service has definitely gone down the drain. I will never go back to this location.
