One of my favorite restaurants in town. The shrimp appetizer is AMAZING! I don’t eat “real (raw) sushi”, but there are plenty of other great options for those of us who don’t eat raw fish. Yum!

Food was ok, over priced, and nothing to write home over. Beef tataki appetizer was cold, and we didn’t like the spider roll at all. It tastes horrible. We only ate two of the six pieces. Service was ok, depends on who you get. We could tell we didn’t get the most attentive or polite server working, never even told us her name and took over ten minutes to get a soda refill after she noticed. There were only three tables there. Took 15 minutes after ordering the lettuce wrap appetizer for her to tell us they were out of lettuce and to pick another dish. We won’t go back.

Sushi was delightful! Chef Alex has created some specialty rolls that are out of this world. Teriyaki chicken was a big hit with my wife. Recommend this restaurant very highly.

The one star is for the waitress she was at least tying ….. The kitchen was slow waited 30+ minutes for food and it was wrong, waited an additional 5-10 minutes and it was wrong again. Tried to get the attention of the hostess and she walked right by us without acknowledging us. We got up and left.

Great place. Staff is inviting and fun. We have been going to sushi in Pagosa since they first opened at their bigger location up town. Definitely worth stopping by.
