Having not set foot in a Friendly’s for about 20 years my fiancé and I nearly dropped dead from excitement when we walked inside. Holy nostalgia, batman. If you are a 90s baby you have to stop here just because. If you like an easy meal without all the fluff then this is a great choice. There’s something for everyone. Typical chain food, but prepared with care. Our server was an absolute doll! She was overwhelmed when the lunch rush came in, but she handled it well. The ice cream, guys. I mean, if you like a beautiful sundae complete with the works then this is the place for you. My fiancé was in heaven over their reese’s pieces sundae. Stop by and be kind to the staff!

I had a late night ice cream craving. I was nervous ordering ice cream through Grub Hub, but figured I’d give it a shot. My order was perfect. Everything was packaged well for delivery, was still cold and not melted at all when I received it. And of course it tasted as good as it looked. I can’t speak for sit down service at this Friendly’s location, but their to go orders are dependable 🙂

Disappointed to say the least. One sandwich had mold on the bun, we told the server and his response was did you want me to take it off the order ? Seriously???? No how about one with no mold on it…. Don’t let me mention the fact we received our drinks after the food came, I mean come on friendlys what in the heck is going on?????? Does anyone know who the owner is? We need to talk

Was pleasantly surprised. We are from out of town and were visiting relatives. Stopped at the Naugatuck friendlys and our waitress I think her name was Caitlin was very nice . We got our food right away and it was hot and fresh. Also was very reasonably priced .

Don’t plan to eat here unless you have at least 2 hours of your life to waste. And don’t try to have dinner with your kids, you’ll be lucky to get home by bedtime. I’ve never seen a place more poorly run – they have tons of staff, but only half of them actually do anything. And the ones that do work move as slow as molasses. I had to flag down a waitress just to get our orders taken after sitting for 15 minutes with no contact with anyone, and then I had to ask for our drinks after our food had come and we still didn’t have them. The only redeeming quality they have going for them is that they have good food and ice cream.
