I like this place a lot. I’ve been coming here for years. Good pizza. Nice snacks. I gotta say that I really don’t like the new air tire pump. I found it hard to use and needing to use the console multiple times to fill my four tires was a pain.

Casey’s pizza tastes decent but the problem for me is that every time we call in for a deliver they always say we’re to out of their range. Even though we live in Morton and clearly state that we are not on google maps because we built our house 3 years ago they just won’t do it. We even explain that if you go a little farther down the street you’ll find us. I won’t be going through all that trouble for a decent tasting pizza.

Rewards are down, this is the second caseys in the last few weeks that I have went that he he sons kind of computer problems. The one in normal has no cards. I was going to order food but I’m not going to now. I already wasted money on gas with no points. They could at least have a backup system for this reason. Just poor customer service. Caseys has really gone downhill. They don’t take care of their stores at all and severely underpay their employees. I’ve been a loyal customer for awhile but i think I’ll be spending alot less here.

Ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger pizza and breadsticks. It arrived on time. Pizza was WAY overcooked. The crust wasn’t even as thick as usual. We always order pickles on this pizza… seemed they forgot the pickles and didn’t realize it until after the pizza was cooked, so they threw them on then re-cooked the pizza. It was very burnt! Still tasted OK flavor wise…. would have called to complain, but we were super hungry and it already took an hour for the pizza to arrive. Never have we been disappointed before in this location… until tonight.

Once of the largest, cleanest gas stations that shines clean time after time on every visit. It is a pleasure to be a customer at this location, convienient location, highly sanitary and always smiling staff. Would be a great location to send new managers to for training.

Good product they just need better training for employees. Repeatedly get underbaked pizza from this location because they pull it out early. Last time the girl making the pizza cut the pizza and then picked up each piece individually to place in the box. Attention to detail is lacking(don’t ask for anything customized because they won’t pay attention to the ticket notes) and their customer service is absolutely terrible. They have NEVER once apologized for making a pizza wrong(sadly, this has happened multiple times now). Management needs to step it up a bit or this place will continue to go downhill fast.
