This place needs better management!! Came in on 08-18-2023 with no doughnuts at all. They said they didn’t even get a delivery yesterday either. There is a menu TV screen that is blacked out and flickers. The work table with outlets has wires hanging down and your leg hits which is a safety issue. They were also out of certain drinks. The food is stored next to trash bins like the bagels next to trash. Dirty atmosphere.

Who owns this location? Surely it cannot be the same franchisee as the others around the area. No matter what, the order is wrong or they are out of something that is being promoted by corporate. Always have to call corporate to get my money back. Management should really consider a hard look at how this location is operating.

I came in around 2:32 today, and I heard workers in the background just talking and laughing. Not really paying attention to customers in drive through. Once I was handed my bread and drink, I ordered another drink and the window was closed on me before I could make sure that they were making it in the first place. This place needs better management and nicer employees this place is despicable

I used the Dunkin app to order ahead – two dozen donuts and two boxes of coffee to bring into work. Order was placed 1.5 hours prior to requested pick up. I purposefully put the pickup as 10 minutes earlier than I would be there so that I could roll in, grab the prepared order, and get out quickly.

How is it possible to walk into a dunkin and not have any donuts at 7:30 am? At that point, I am not going to buy a coffee if I have to go somewhere else. Now I know why they are just named Dunkin. No more donuts! After reading the reviews, how does this location even stay open?

Every time I try to go to this Dunkin I am disappointed. This morning wasn’t any different. I went at 7:30am, no one was in line! Perfect? Right? No, I was told I could not order any food because they were still getting things started. This store opens at 5am. Normally I don’t write a review for one bad experience as minimal as this, however this is like strike 6! I keep giving them a chance but nothing is changing….I guess I learned my lesson. The store on US1 is always on point!

Do not order from here unless you want your order completely wrong. Last weekend my coworker got us “chocolate frosted” donuts and they gave us old fashions. This morning I got a dozen donuts for my coworkers and I didn’t get a single donut I ordered in there. There’s more instances than just these 2. But how do you get an order COMPLETELY wrong. Do not go here.

Went this morning for the first time. There was only a couple cars ahead of me in the drive thru. Took forever for my order to be taken then waited another 15 minutes as 3 different employees came to the window to ask me what I am waiting for..um how about the 2 coffees flashing on the electronic screen?! I try to make it to Dunkin 4 out of 5 work days a week every morning so I would say I’m a frequent flyer lol. I pass by 2 other dunkin locations and jump off the highway purposefully to come to this location. The customer service is amazing. Pleasant, happy, polite. My order has never been wrong. I really do this it’s the best one I’ve ever visited. I’ve only had one unpleasant experience and that was because of the landscaping company tending the lawn. But even then, your girls that morning tried to fix the problem and make it a better experience. 10 out of 10 recommend
