Just ate at Jacks for the for my first time. It was ok but not the best experience I’ve ever had. Had to wait a pretty good while to get out food, floors was pretty dirty, and the ice machine kept locking up on us. They came and fixed it for us once but after that they was to busy to worry with it. They did have a nice looking dining area and clean restrooms so that’s a plus. On the plus side, there ice cream is too notch.

If you want cheesy fries that actually have cheese on them I’d recommend Wendy’s. They made me pay $1 more for extra cheese and gave me a tiny bit for amount paid. My husband’s chicken fingers were old and crunchy. Slaw was good.

I order 2 ham biscuits, chicken biscuit and a large hashbrown then I asked for grape jelly and ketchup at the speaker. When I pulled up they didn’t tell me my total at the window or speaker. They also mistaken the grape jelly as me saying a tea and rung me up for it and made me pay for it. When I told her I meant grape jelly they told me to stop being rude. I work in fast food I know how it is and I wasn’t being rude at all. They didn’t offer refund at all and she said well you paid for it so here you go. The tea wasn’t even good it tasted old. They also forgot my grape jelly, ketchup, and chicken biscuit. When I told the lady at the window I was missing a chicken biscuit she didn’t believe I ordered one at all and had to check my receipt.

I’m one of the newer managers there and most of the rude people are no longer at this location. Most of the reviews I’ve seen I was not there those days and we continue to change in all areas. Most of the outcomes would be a lot different if I’m on the shift a lot of these things no longer exist at this location. You will get great service and food will be fresh. I do apologize that you had a bad experience at our location and I promise you that is changing with the leaders we do have now. Hope you will give us a second chance we value you.
