I went here to just chill and wait for my car at the shop thats right around the corner from here. Decided to get a burger and wait to escape the heat. The food was okay, the fries were warm, not super hot, like how I was hoping, kind of disappointing, change that please . The staff was great though, nice, super friendly, Ally was the greatest, such a good hearted gal. Keep her as captain. The atmosphere was great. Quite, but welcoming. I hope with this review, they get more business, but it also goes back down to making sure ya’ll fries stay HOT . Tell upper management to get your guys AC fixed, it’ll be their fault if they don’t.

Absolutely Terrible experience here!!! After My mother came out of the restroom, she and I went outside and an employee came out, and began accusing my mother of stealing a hand soap dispenser. I [being confident in that neither me or my mom had done such a thing] told the employee that he could look thru our paper BK bags and each of our purses . He then took out his cell phone and began taking photos of us and calling us names. this all took place while others were inside eating. Charlie is the name of the employee. certainly will NOT be returning to this location.
