They were under staffed, I noticed they payed more attention to their drive thru customer’s than the ones in the lobby, so we got in our car to get our food. Obviously the food is good enough for me to adapt to their needs. I know how hard it is to work with a business that is under staffed.

This particular Jimmy Johns has my business for life. The manager was so kind to me after I realized I didn’t have my card. She ended up giving me my order anyway. Grace and kindness go such a long way now a days, I really appreciate it. It made my day. Customer service 11/10.

Best Jimmy Johns store that I have ever been to. I am sure ownership in the region is probably the same and all are good but this one has always been top notch. Always seems to have the best wrapped unwiches and orders are always extremely quick whether it is ordered online, app, or in person.

I unfortunately had a bad experience at this jimmy johns location. They didn’t live up to their motto freaky fast and it was pretty slow. And then got food poisoning after eating here. I love jimmy johns; always have but I didn’t have a great experience here.

I went into the Pasco 68 location today for the first time and was very impressed. Customer service was awesome. Employees are very helpful and well manored. We ordered the Beach UNWITCH with a pickle on the side and it was absolutely delicious. All the vegetables were fresh. Outer lettuce was crisp and delicious. The pickle was definitely not Vlasic LOL. It was crisp like they pickle them right at the restaurant with a wonderful flavor. Not sure about the other locations but, Rd 68 Rocked it!!!!! Thank you, happy customers will come again.
