Worst food I’ve had in a long time. My food was obviously reheated, as the teriyaki lid containers were melted. Rice was mushy and over cooked. My gyoza was over fried/burnt and stale. My husband’s orange chicken was soggy as if it was made hours ago and reheated.

We ordered on the phone and were told 5-10 minutes. We picked up 6 minutes later and had one of the worst meals we’ve ever paid for. My orange chicken was soggy with low quality meat. It really does seem like it was prepared hours ago and microwaved.

We eat here a lot. I don’t love teriyaki sauce so I can’t comment on that, but 9 out of 10 times it’s really good. The salad and steamed veggies are always fresh and the staff is always really nice!
