Since I can’t get a refund on my order I’ll just leave a 1 star review ordered a French dip sandwich and got something vaguely resembling it with the only similarity being there’s a little roast beef nothing is right bread is wrong dip has no flavor taste like water and it’s just straight up bad when I ordered a French dip. Instead I got some other garbage thanks. But somehow my second order came out right yeah not going here again be careful ordering online

Asked for an original. It’s the only sandwich I ever buy at Schlotskies because it is my favorite. He rang up a turkey original. I didn’t notice till he brought my food. I returned it saying he rang up my order wrong. He argued saying he knows I said turkey original. Again, I never would have ordered that. But he argued with me like I was trying to get over on him. But how could I? The sandwich I ordered was a dollar cheaper than the one he charged me for. Maybe if he took his earphones out of his ears when he’s working, he could hear the order right and not feel the need to argue with customers about what they ordered.

So firstly the people working there have their little kids at the restaurant, running in and out of the kitchen. The lobby is nasty from construction, for over a week, and they take no care in handling your sandwiches, I got a large sandwich (over $15) and that’s no problem, but when I go to pickup the bag they stuck the sticker that’s meant to hold the box closed on the bag, so when I lifted the bag it dumped my sandwich, and the phone number they have listed is disconnected.

This place will never change! Every-time we give it another try its a huge disappointment. Sat in the drive thru for almost 25 min for two sandwiches! Horrible horrible service. They should just close this location because it hasn’t improved at all.

Finally unlocked the doors at 10:37am. Lady that unlocked the door saw myself & my elderly mother walking in. She went into the back & never came back. We waited an additional 5 minutes. We left! Do better!

Go there every once in awhile since it has gotten pricey. Sometimes I go there inside or order to go. Sandwiches are sometimes good and maybe the next time not so good. Same thing with their sweet tea sometimes good and sometimes not worth a flip. (Went there on Saturday, June 3rd 2023) Got a small orginal sandwich no onions, regular bag of their chips, lg. sweet tea.) The sandwich was bland, not good sweet tea was terrible.) I would like to make a suggestion if I may. Before you serve your sweet or unsweet tea someone there needs to do a taste test. It was like water with a little bit of flavor. $12.00 and something for my meal that wasn’t any good. Sorry not trying to be negative, but try listening to your customers whom make your business.

Went to the Willis location today because our Conroe location was closed. Bad decision. The person that took our order then went into the kitchen and I assume he made our sandwiches because he also brought them to our table. All while 2 other employees were sitting in a booth playing on their phones. There was no tea. Our sandwiches were very thin and were made with what looked like the bread that is used for the pizzas. We ordered the Jalapeño Cheddar bread but got Sourdough. My sandwich was supposed to have avocado but all I got was a smear of avocado on the bread. Both of our sandwiches were tasteless.

Like other reviews, employees have kids in the back, and no employees stay out front. Employees visit in the back while people coming in the door wait at the counter. The store could use a deep cleaning too; the bathrooms are pretty nasty. I’m sure the franchise owner doesn’t live nearby or they’d have a heart attack. The sandwich was good though.

Gave them a few chances at this location but no more business from me… They will never let me finish telling them my order before I I am interrupted.. If they would just let me finish they would have all the answers needed… And I always feel like the person working the drive-thru has a very hard time understanding what I’m saying due to a language barrier. My last order was wrong I said no veggies and mayo only.. They scrapped the veggies off but left all the veggies in the melted cheese no mayo on sandwich and full of mustered.
