I love this new location! The staff are very friendly and communicate well with you. I always use the mobile ordering and they have your order ready by the time you get to the window. Since this is the new location, there is hardly a line compared to the other Dunkin on Merle Hay not too far from there.

My experience at this drive thru on July 8th 2022 was horrible. The young man at the window did not ask me appropriate questions for an Iced Mocha coffee. Which would have been do I want cream and sugar, which is previously what I got asked when I have gone there almost every morning. I asked him if he heard me say I wanted the cream and sugar. Just to make sure he ordered me the right iced coffee and not an iced latte. There was just silence, so I asked hello did you understand? He blandly told me to pull forward where a young lady was at the window. She had a latte waiting which isn’t what I wanted. I could see the young man behind her and he wasn’t facing me he was facing toward the counter of an empty shop at that time. I was on my way to work and said I’ll taste it and see if I like it just to save time. It tasted fine so I said it’s no problem I’ll take it. Within thirty minutes of working at my desk my stomach started to feel weird, so I went to the restroom. I had only drank the top half of the coffee at this point, and I experienced liquid diarrhea. Coffee sometimes makes you number two so I didn’t think much of it until I had liquid diarrhea all weekend until Sunday evening. I was upset and my instinct was that my coffee had been tampered with in some way. I had previously ordered from there almost every day, Monday-Friday on my way to work and NEVER had any stomach issues or diarrhea. That Monday morning I went to the store to get corporates number or speak to someone higher up. I spoke to a nice store manager who said the district manager would be in later and would call me. I went to work and within two hours a man named Keith called me. He started out calm and than proceeded to raise his voice at me and talk over me to the point where I was surprised he was being so rude when I was answering the questions he was asking me about my experience. In so many words he discredited my experience and told me the young man said I swore at him which I did not do and would never do to a young adult. I am 40 and the young man would have been like 18-19. I have nephews his age. I tried to defend myself saying I did not in fact swear at the young man and he asked me if I had a doctors note? No, I stated and he again was highly rude and told me I can purchase coffee elsewhere. He than hung up on me. I was so in shock I literally stared at my phone for a few minutes. I have not had anyone talk to me so rude in quite sometime and I actually cried. I felt hopeless cause the only person that might have been able to help me figure out what was going on didn’t believe me nor did he want to hear me or help me. I pondered on how to handle this but since the store wouldn’t give me a corporate number or any help I am now writing this. I will NEVER go to that store again and as stated I guess I will have to go somewhere else that is out of my way and an inconvenience to me. #DissatisfiedCustomer
