This is the most unethical disgusting place to eat. These are twice fried chicken strips the size of my pinky. To top it off they taste double fried as in cooked earlier never sold and deep fried again. This place should have they’re corporate pulled immediately. And taco bell, don’t get me going there. Not even an option because of staffing. Well there’s people making kfc, they can’t do both. If you are the management reading this you should quit immediately. Price for 5 chicken strips the size of fingers was 15 dollars. I did open a case with corporate headquarters.

Seeing 3 stars rating of my favorite fast for – kfc – was little weird for me at the first glance, but now I have to say I totally understand it… I would expect kfc to be better compared to the European version, as USA is the land where it was born… But it was actually much worse. I would start with the word Fast in fast food… This was everything but fast. From entering the restaurant to getting my food it took more than half an hour and I did not even arrive in the lunch time… The food was OK, nothing special, but the way it was served… Everything was literally thrown into a box, half of the fries were thrown all over the place… And the toilets were the worst I have seen so far, even comparing it to the gas station ones… After all, I don’t think I will want to visit Kfc ever again in the USA, looking at the other ratings as well. At least there are plenty of decent fast foods in here anyways…

Just went to Gardner KFC driving 8 miles out of the road from I35 to find your KFC. Pulled thru drive thru and only the Taco Bell part of your restaurant was closed. So disappointed. Wish it would have said closed when we searched nearby KFC. Didn’t even get a reason why it was closed.

I’ve just had the worst KFC meal I’ve ever had….very greasy over cooked crispy chicken, undercooked biscuit it was almost totally white so doughy, mashed potatoes barely warm, coleslaw tasted sour. I threw most of this meal right in the trash!

This restaurant is a dual restaurant but many times they tell you they are only making food for one of the sides. Closes lobby at 5pm, many of the workers are rude, closes restaurant whenever they feel like it.

Since they have come under new management this place is a lot better. Still need to double check my order but glad to see they are repairing the parking lot and inside so I don’t get a flat leaving. Highly recommend the chicken and waffle basket, get it while you can!

Everything was good except… while going through the drive-through, one of our items didn’t get rang up, that we ordered. Usually when this happens, wherever we are, will just hand us the item that they missed and we’re on our way. In this situation, they had us complete a second transaction for the one item and we had to drive around the building and wait at the door for the item. That might make sense if it was something extravagant, but it was only a dollar burrito. It’s not about the money, it’s about the principles involved.
