This location is close to me but because of the poor service and consistency of the product, we go to the Colerain at cross country location, so much better! Yesterday the coffee tag on the cup was correct but not what was in it, no sugar at all and the sandwich looked like they stepped on it, look at the pic. I didn’t complain, it doesn’t help and this happens consistently to us.

The girls in the morning are dumb as a box of rocks . I get oatmilk in my coffee every morning, once again they messed it up and used regular milk .This is not the first time they have messed my order up by any means. It’s not rocket science ladies.

Go to the adjoining gas station all the time and they are fine. All of the workers at Dunkin,however are super loud,immature dirty,unkempt,and super unprofessional. If you want to see terrible people running a business into the ground,stop by colerain Dunkin on colerain and Springdale.Hopefully it won’t be open long.

Pulled into the drive thru and was asked to wait. There was no line a head of me but had to wait a few minutes, not a big problem as I understand the hospitality industry is short staffed. When I was able to place my order there was no apology for the wait, again I understand if they where slammed and just wanted to get through it but they were not. I pulled to the window no friendly greeting or anything and I was told to pull up and wait for the second drink to be made. Upon receiving the drink I was not given 2 straws and when I asked the gentleman who gave the second drink he just said “OK” and got the other straw. I said thank you and he just turned and went inside without saying anything. I’m not looking for anything free, I just hope this gets to the right people so that it can be worked on down the road.
