Subway sent coupons in the mail to the house. They would not honor the coupon that there own company sent out to everyone. And on top of that the cashier was rude about it. So they won’t have to worry about me ever going back !!!

Skimped out on everything I asked to have on the sandwich. When I asked for mustard I was told they were out even though I could see it inside the bin, instead I was handed one packet for a foot long. This was the worst customer service I have experienced. Also that mustered was kinda gross didn’t even bother with it.

Good Price, Nice Employees and they do a good job at you know?, their job, unlike some places. I also love the cookies they have and the Italian Herbs And Cheese bread that I use on basically everything. Big yes for me, One more thing, the dining room is really calm and nice in there.

Worse experience ever!!! Placed an online order for my spouse and kids. I get a call from a Memphis number asking me if I placed an order for subway so I answer yes and ensure that I placed an order with the Southaven location due to a Memphis number calling me then we hang up the phone. My spouse goes to pick up the food. get to the restaurant for them to tell him the manager told them not to make the food because my number is out of state (only here due to military job) and the name is a female name but a male is picking it up! (Inconvenience #1) After little conversation with them and help from another customer that was angry for us, he leaves empty handed yet my card was charged for the food. They don’t even try to do a refund. I go to the restaurant (Inconvenience #2) for them to tell me that they didn’t make the food because they recently were scammed for $5000. Well who fault is that, not mine, the customer! So not only did they inconvenience my family and I, I’m at the restaurant and they don’t even know how to do a refund. Now I’m even more mad. Then they call the manager and they walk them through giving me a refund. The entire experience was a waste of my time and energy! I won’t be placing another order with this restaurant again! And come up with a better practice on how to handle orders with out of state numbers such as bringing the card used for the order! Could have resolved the issue! Now we’re still hungry and have to waste more time finding something else to eat for my family!

This subway is bad. The manager there is very rude. She does not know how to talk to the customers. In the end she threw my salad down on the counter at the register. I left without getting the food. I was not about to give my money to this store. I asked her for the owners name and number and she gave me an attitude and refused. The owner really needs to fire the female manager there because he is going to lose business.

Food is good but don’t expect your food to be ready if you ordered through the app and there are people in line when you get there, even tho the app says your food is ready. You’ll have to wait until they clear the entire lobby before they work on your online 9rder that you placed way before these other people showed up. Then the employees are rude about making your food….after the entire lobby is cleared. Just the worst customer service ever. What’s the point of online orders. Young black girl and white red head was working. They need better training on time management. Seriously. I’m still standing here 15 mins past pickup time. Still have not received food

I made an order and I was missing a sprite, 4 cookies, my pizza looked terrible and was missing an ingredient, my sandwich didn’t have light onions and when I called they hung up in my face 3 TIMES! This is absolutely unacceptable and I will NEVER be ordering from here again.
