This location is perfectly fine with taking money from you, not providing you with the product you paid for and refusing to give your money back as far as straws go don’t worry about it, you don’t get one. Also why do they clip off the corner of the receipt? UPDATE: The management is responsible and effective. Give these folks a chance. It’s a good brand.

Ehhh. It was fine. My burger had way too much mustard and the “skirt” of meat was weird and kinda hard to eat. The are too thin and crunchy for my liking. If you liked the shoestring fries at Smashburger and are hopeful these aren’t those. (Whatever happened to Smashburger anyway?) They’re super crispy – no soft interior. The ice cream was great, though! (Even if I failed to take a proper photo!) ‍♀️I could have used more sauce, but that’s a personal preference. The custard itself is super smooth and creamy, definitely the star of this show.
