Placed an online order and when I arrived, they couldn’t find it. Turns out, they did receive but I had put a pick up time erroneously for an hour later. An employee (manager?) quickly addressed and identified the issue and offered to immediately have them prepared. Less than 15 minutes later, I was on my way! Great service, thanks!

Each time we place an on- line order we end up waiting an additional 10-15 minutes past the time we were told to pickup. The employees have no customer service skills & have no concern that they are behind schedule. It’s to bad good pizza & wings but I may take my business elsewhere.

Very hit or miss experiences here, I used to love one of their pizzas. I order it with extra sauce, and I order it every week. I get my pizza home, no sauce at all on the first two slices. I call them to get it remade, they explain the process to me and tell me to bring my pizza 15 miles back to them or they’ll just credit me 5 dollars for a 25 dollar bill for the pizza. Won’t be buying from them again, as bad customer service ruins a place for me, when it’s easily fixed.

$13 for an extremely small gluten free pizza. Then I ordered a side salad for $9 and the green peppers and black olives on it were so slimy it made the whole top of the lettuce and cheese slimy. Had to throw all of the toppings and half of the salad out. Hoping I don’t get sick. Would not recommend this jets.

I work close to this location and tried ordering here a couple times. Both times I ordered over an hour in advance asking it to be delivered at a specific time (my lunch break). The first time they delivered it over 30mins late. The second time, they stated that they attempted to deliver it but the doors were locked even though I asked if they knew the place they were delivering to and they said yes. There were people on break before the time I asked it to delivered too and let delivery drivers in all the time so I know they would’ve let them in if they arrived at the right time and place. I love Jet’s pizza but will not be ordering from this location again.
