Just ordered the big box and the Wings were burnt and inedible with no flavor, the supreme was dangerously undercooked(cheese no even melted and underside not browned at all) and the cheese pizza was just plain gross. I won’t feed my 10yo or my fiance this “food” so yeah wasted 50$ to say unsatisfied is an understatement and if I could give 0 stars I would. Just shameful to deliver this unsafe food to anyone. Wow

Worst service. Was waiting for my pizza for 2 hours. I called to see what was taking so long and was on hold for 30 minutes and they never answered. So I drove to the store and they were unhelpful. Ended up needing to get a refund but nothing else. So I waited 2 hours and didn’t even get my pizza and had no customer service. Very bad experience.

If you order through Doordash and there is an issue with your food, Pizza Hut will not credit or refund your account. They will say, it’s on Doordash.Doordash will not issue a refund either. I am done using Doordash and eating at Pizza Hut. Imagine spending $37.00 with fees and tip for one dry, cold pizza to end up sick and both companies refuse to assist you.

We ordered our pizza at 9:45pm. When it hit 10:47pm and they still hadn’t come, we called and they said the driver picked up the order but didn’t deliver it. So they said they would get it out to us and then it never came, however they had no problem keeping the $47.00 they charged me. No call to say hey it’s too late we aren’t coming, nothing. It is now 12:01am… still nothing… I will never order from here again.

Order pizza at 9:45 waited til 10:40 because super late and the delivery was picked up but never delivered. I called and theanager said so sorry will have another pizza to you in 30 minutes. Me and my wife waited til midnight to find out theu close at 11. They took my money and never delivered and wasted my time. I’ll never order from pizza hut again.

I haven’t really had a bad experience here until tonight. My daughter loved the “Cheesy breadsticks” until we got them tonight….not cheesy! I’d say cardboard sprinkled with a little dry parmesan cheese to say the least. Went in and the best they could offer me was not even the full amount I paid in credit towards another pizza. Didn’t ask if they could remake it, nothing….just a portion of my money in credit. Well, never again!
