I had the smothered pork chops. Baby the food was “fire”! My mouth, mind and body had an absolute out of the world experience! The pork chops were tender and flavorful, the rice was delicious with the secret sauce gravy, you don’t need to put anything on the food except your mouth. This was truly GREAT meal! I look forward to trying the whole menu! You will not be disappointed!!!!

I ordered my food on Grubhub. Received the correct order however, my chicken was burnt, my porkchop was fried too hard ,my rice was hard, my mashed potatoes were not creamy they were chunky and finally my portion size was definitely not over $40.00 worth. I was very disappointed.

I was excited about trying the food but was very disappointed when I did. The macaroni cheese was bland, the dressing taste like stove top stuffing the only thing I tasted was sage, the yams were ok and the smothered steak was small and had no flavor the gravy was watery. I used Door Dash to order the smothered Chicken and Mac N Cheese. The flavor of the food is fantastic! So down home like I made it myself! The gravy !! Oh my just delicious. This fabulous place is underrated and I highly suggest giving it a try if you love Soul Food!

I was happy to try but was disappointed when I got the food.the porkchops taste like old grease and was burnt ..the mac n cheese taste spoiled..only thing good were the yams..my stomach started hurting immediately after I ate it.I got the runs and food poisoning after i ate here so I will not be eating here ever again
