First stop when my fiancé and I got into Illinois was here and the food was fresh, phenomenal, and the service from Raul who helped us was legit the best service we’ve ever received at any food place. Absolutely amazed and will definitely come again when in town.

I wanted to try the food here but …. it was impossible. I have never seen such an absurdly rude approach to a client. Wanting to place an order, the woman staring at … the phone replied that I waited. After a while, when she was ready to accept the order ….. she replied that … she will not do that to me now. Grrr.

Breakfast hours are till 10:30, that’s what they told me. They switched out the food for lunch before 10:30 and the breakfast menu was still up, but wouldn’t serve breakfast. I understand switching out the food for lunch early if there was a line of people, but I was the only one there.

I didn’t know, Laredo taco Company was this far north. Amazing tex-mex straight from Texas. I was so excited to see it still some of the best beef enchiladas I’ve ever had. It’s nice seeing a place from home up here.

Really wanted to try their food! Place closes at 8pm. We walk in at 6pm. No one at counter. Uniformed lady (scrolling on mobile) sitting in dining area. Sees us looking at menu board and says, “They closed.” – Um, OK lady with bright yellow Laredo polo shirt. Thanks for the service.

The food is not the greatest i would give that a 2.5 star but the customer service was the worst which is why i rate this place so low. (If i could give them a 0 star i sure the hell would.) The second i walked in there the workers were sitting there eating and they saw me come in and had an attitude. The cashier at 711 was not nice either. No one here wants to work and they’re all miserable.
