Love Tropical Smoothie but this location can’t seem to get it together. They NEVER make my order correct or correctly seal my food when my order is placed through a delivery partner. Order an item with 4 things on it, and they can’t get it right. Then, you call store to tell them they didn’t make your order correctly for the 100th time, and no one at the store picks up the phone. Pretty sad.

Idk who works on Tuesday mornings but I called to place an order since the app doesn’t give you a happy hour price and the what sounds like a little girl answered the phone like she was answering her home phone and I asked if they take orders over the phone because the automated system didn’t give that option and she just hung up on me. Hire more professional people please

The workers were really nice they just didn’t follow the correct instructions for my food I had to drive 15 mins back and no one would answer the phone I called 6xs but when I came back they were really nice and did apologize they were friendly and did offer something free in exchange.
