When ordering pizza the app told me it would be 45 minutes. I decided that was an OK. Time to wait. However it ended up taking two hours and we couldn’t reach anybody to find out what was going on. I called five times and reached someone twice, But they were at a call center and couldn’t help me. They told me they were transfer me to a supervisor and I got hung up on both times. When the pizza finally arrived, we asked the driver to contact the store and have them reach out to us. He told us no, that we would have to call. We told him we did call and nobody is answering , and he told us it’s busy. If it’s a busy, the wait time should reflect that. that way I can make a decision based on how long it will take.

This was one of the worst experiences I have had at a pizza place. I arrived exactly the time my pizza was going to be ready. I call when I got there told them the color of my car and they said they would be right out. 10 minutes later they had not come out, called again and again they said they would be right out. 10 more minutes and still nothing. I called again this time I got put on hold. So then I hung up called back and asked for a refund and they said they have no order for Cindy. I have no idea where or why that name came up. The pizza was for Weston. When they finally figured it out they brought it out. I got no sorry, no compensation, nothing….Horrible experience.

I was a little disappointed… My pizza was handed to me and THEN I was told they were out of thin crust…so I ended up with hand tossed crust…which I guess is alright but there is a right time to explain a problem… it’s before the wrong time comes due…maybe next time ..? ♀️

When I arrived to pick up my order I waited at the register for almost 10 minutes without anyone even acknowledging that I was there. When someone finally said “we will be right with you” I asked if I could just pick up my order which said it was already done. I was scoffed at and asked rudely what my name was and given my order. I understand that places are short staffed at this time but due to this experience I will not be coming back to this establishment. I hope in the future that this improves for other customers.
