Michele’s commitment to hospitality, quality ingredients (like homemade dough, 100% whole milk mozzarella and fresh sauce), and the strict loyalty to his now famous recipes, built the business. Been eating her as a kid, but today was horrible customer service and even worse food. Staff was not happy. Order a meal and got asked for what kinda drink I wanted…which I selected coke, before I could mentioned I wanted an upgrade to large I was given a small, and when I went back for refill, they said it was only for large. Poor service, poor food, poor upsale. Will choose something else next time.

This pizza is not only undercooked but they use canned mushrooms! So sick! I will never order from here again. This pizza was worse than Little Caesar’s. Gross. Use fresh produce, please. Also, focus on quality and stop being cheap AF.

Only got this because the lines were too long everywhere else. I asked about the drink and she said there were no lids. I told her the drink isn’t even filled to the top. She said it’s a kids drink, it’s only supposed to be filled halfway.
