This sonic does not have soggy fries and they are not hard! They are crunchy like they are supposed to be. I’ve been there twice for a #1 and it was good. Buns are not smashed. I’ve gotten a premium breakfast burrito once and it was very good. Get what you order and its convenient right off the Seneca round about.

Ordered on the app. Could not “check in” due to poor internet service. After seeing check in buffer for some time, pushed the button and told we ordered on app got ” yes it will be right out” 20 min later…nothing. again pushed button and she argued with us and said we “Didn’t check in” finally brought our food and was again rude with an extremely sarcastic

I ordered a strawberry lemonade while at work. Usually, when all you order is a drink, it is brought to you right away. Which is why I only ordered a drink. That is not what happened. which could just be my shorted sightednesss. To top it all off, it tasted like the strawberries had spoiled. I don’t go to this location often and with the wait did not have time to go back. This could be a one time accurance. Next time I am in the area, I will find out because I usually get such great service at almost all locations.

My wife and I decided to give them another go after having a bad experience months ago. Coney was horrible. Bread was hard, entire coney was inedible, shriveled and burnt. Tatter tots were cold and soggy. Waste of time and money.

Every other time they mess up the order. I don’t get it. We always tip but if we don’t check you can guarantee it’s wrong. It’s usually the drinks. I always get a half sweet half unsweet tea yet 9 times out of 10 I get just unsweet. Seriously annoying but it’s close to home and I love sonic . Please Seneca watch your orders.
