Ordered med. pizza and wings sauced for delivery. Wings delivered un- sauced. The call center person was rude and shady. She wouldn’t give her name and insisted there wasn’t anything she could do if we couldn’t wait at least 30 more min for re delivery and return the wings. I explained we had people who ate some NOT all. She hung up the phone. Called the store and Kay Kay was helpful. She listened and fixed the situation with a refund. Call center SHAME ! Store made a mistake and fixed it ! Good job store!

Unacceptable. Service is disappointing but consistently disappointing so there’s that. We’ve given them way to many chances to correct their issues but we are always let down. This past attempt my husband ordered a meatball pizza and a cold, old, sausage pizza showed up. He also ordered one of the pasta options and it tasted terrible and dry. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Management is awful.

Delivered our pizza over an hour early for a work event. It was beyond cold by the time our meeting started. Called and legit no one wants to correct this mistake. Over $100 on cold pizza due to no one being able to stick to a very simple time slot is absolutely ridiculous.
