Probably one of the most pleasant Pizza Hut experiences I’ve ever had. The food was all piping hot and fresh. We got pizza, wings, cheesesticks and chicken Alfredo pasta, and we loved every last bite. Our waitress was so friendly, and the restraunt was clean.

It’s always a classic treat. Pizza Hut has been a family favorite of mine over the decades. Ordered delivery the employee taking my order was polite. The thin crust pepperoni and Italian sausage hit the spot.

I don’t know how to put it, but the waitress acted like she was afraid or confused. We waited to be seated and were seated. We got waters, and needed a “few” minutes to check the menu. 12 minutes later, no service. Mind you there were only 2 tables being waited on, where one had a different server, and they were already eating and had been there for a while. So we just politely got up and walked out and went to “Chevy’s”. Check out my review about them!!!

Usually never have an issue here. We ordered carryout and ate there. Our service wasn’t the greatest didn’t get all our order n when asked they had to look it up to verify and was told someone else took off with our wings so my daughter had to wait longer for her part of dinner. Then we needed water refills so my spouse went up to ask for more water the response was basically we will get to you soon but you did order carryout. So basically if you order carryout n decide to eat there u don’t get the same service. I get being short staffed and or working extra but no matter what all customers should get the same service. Still will go back but this was first for bad service

Ordered carry out but was allowed to dine in with order still receiving service from the server. Was given dine in cups and server kept them filled for us and after we were done eating we were still given our 2 liter with our order to leave with.

I give 5 stars because they do a good job of delivering the PizzaHut product. The Office, Pappo’s, Alley Cats, Casa Grotto all have much better pizza. But if you like Pizza Hut, they are good at their style.

Absolutely the worst customer service i have ever gotten from pizza hut everyone was very rude. About the only good thing is that our food was hot.we had ordered bacon on our pizza and they had put the most smallest amount on there i would not go there in the evening!!

We pulled up, at 11:50, just a couple cars in the back & no lights on or was the open sign on. Decided to go to the door, it was unlocked. This guy was laying on the bench, asked if they were open & the girl behind the counter said yes. We sat down, placed our order & waited. Seen 3 or 4 cars pull in, walk to the door (there’s no sign with the hours) seen that it was dark & turned around & pull away.
