Lady taking orders needed me to repeat myself often,only ordered 2 things. Get to window pay her what i assumed issue was confirmed. She was busy in her phone not the customer. Gentlemen for pickup window was pleasant and made sure i had everything needed for my chicken fries and mozzarella sticks. Been here a couple of times. The first time we came thru drive thru, the white woman with tattoos on her face at the drive thru counter relentlessly was flirting with my husband like I wasn’t there. The next time, we attempted a different time and tried to go in. This time, the white guy that was sitting in his 300, smoking told us the system was down and it would be about 30 minutes before we could order. The one time, we were able to actually get food, the young ladies at the drive thru were extremely nice both of them had on what I’m assuming is manager shirts. The food was extremely sloppy but the manager apologized immensely and went back herself and made sure our food was correct.I live close to this Burger King and have seen kids closing on the weekend (doesn’t seem safe) staff in their vehicles smoking ALOT, even friends of ours have been told that the systems are down while everyone is outside smoking. Seems a bit odd. I would not and will not visit this store again! I feel sorry for those that do actually work at this location.

Halfway through ordering from the breakfast menu, the board changed to the lunch options. Then we were told “we are actually all out of breakfast” and “we’re serving lunch now.” Our response was that it just changed less then 10 seconds ago and we were already ordering breakfast. Again, we were told “we’re serving lunch now.” Very disappointed with the professionalism of the staff working here.

Wrong sized patties on my burger. Burger was burnt to a crisp. Missing toppings and overall the food just looked disgusting. Will not be wasting my money here again.

Guy at the window was cool but apparently the cook and manager were outside in their car when I pulled up. My burger was made with old patties that were basically leather. Manager needs retraining and so does the cook.
