There was about 6 fellas working, and every single one we encountered was very friendly, courteous, and all were WORKING. It was refreshing to be treated as an appreciated customer! Whoever owns this place, your manager is doing their job well (from a customer’s standpoint). Fast, friendly service is the name of the fast food game and you all are killin it!

This location (pershing and ridge) messes up my order about half the time. If you order a B2 with sausage they just give you bacon anyway like they don’t care. Last night I simply ordered two bean burritos without onion for my son and I. At the window the lady clarified if it was just “no onion” and I agreed. Both burritos ended up having onion anyway and mine seemed like it even had extra. I couldn’t finish it and threw half away. I’m never going back to this location. I’ll drive out of the way on my daily commute to go to the ridge and del range location from now on since they actually get my order right every time.

Normally I don’t have issues with the Taco Johns on the corner of Pershing and Ridge Road, but today was something else. I am unsure if it was an off day or not. I entered the store and couldn’t get help from the employees even when I stood at the register. I finally waved an employee down and asked about my pickup order that was supposed to be ready 10 mins prior. The employee I spoke with was very short and rude; lacked basic customer service skills. Since the order wasn’t going to be ready for the person I needed to get it to in time, I asked to cancel the order. Was told had to cancel on the app. Let her know the app said I needed to cancel with the store to which she mumbled something in frustration then got her manager. As mentioned, I normally don’t have issues at this location but this experience was pretty bad.

Why bother asking “what can we prepare fresh for you today” if potato oles are going to be served luke-warn and taco burgers are goung to be served in a stake, hard bun? The cashiers are very friendly though.
