We stopped here on our way to the campground & the service was average but the food was awful, the chicken was over cooked & they should change their oil cause it’s old, the slaw was dry & not fresh. The only thing half decent was the fries but again the oil needs to be changed. I don’t like giving a bad review but we’ve eaten here before many times & it was great but the past few times it’s been a total waste of money; that as many know with the prices you have to pay nowadays makes it important to get the best product for the price, sadly it’s not here. It was NOT the service .. I only give the average marks cause the management & employees should strive to give the freshest product to their customers. Hopefully someone will be hired to make that happen soon cause all places have bad days but not repeated visits. Will give sometime before going back in hopes it’ll return to the best chicken stop on the way to the lake

Food is alright but orders are usually wrong. Also, double check your receipts. They will charge for sauces that are already supposed to come with your plate. Has happened to me twice now. This last time I was charged for 4 sauces when I only ordered two extra. The other two were supposed to be included in my meals. They didn’t even give me the sauces they charged me for. Love zaxbys but this location could use some help.

Drive thru was quick, cashiers are always polite. Try to get that at Bojangles, or KFC, GOOD LUCK!!! Get great service at Zaxbys. Food is always fresh and hot, their salads are excellent, to be honest, they could use more lettuce greens, last one was kinda flimsy on the greens department. GO TO ZAXBYS FOR GREAT FOOD
