I ordered 2 venti flat whites with hazelnut and i didnt get that at all i got 2 honey almond flat whites with hazelnut. It took the employee’s 5 minutes alone to figure out what a flate white is i will never come back to this store again and wont recommend that anyone else does.

I used to come in here on my way to work everyday they had friendly staff barista’s and the atmosphere and all of a sudden a staff is rude there is not enough stuff to work they are closing at 3:00 fabulous experience I wonder why a store in such a large company as King Soopers is having such trouble staffing their location

Store outright refused to brew a pot of dark roast because it was past 10AM and said they “weren’t allowed”. Completely unapologetic and rude, would rather go without than visit this location again.

Had 10 minutes to catch my bus. Took them 5 minutes to even take my order and even with 2 people making drinks, there was no sense of urgency. I was there for about 15 minutes. No common curtesy either
