Ordered at 5:30pm, tracking said it left store at 6:30pm (I live 8 mins away) order arrived at 7:11pm. Pizza’s were cold. Called to talk to manager, phone was left on counter for 30mins as employees discussed what I tipped which was 5$, which would of been 15$ if was delivered within 15 mins of it leaving the store. Taste like it was sitting in the store for a while before they said it was on the way. Called back again to placed on hold for countless minutes after asking to talk to manager. Instead of going down to store I decided to write this and message corporate.

Made an order online and accidentally made it for delivery. Called the store and a nice young man answered phone and fixed it for pickup. Fast forward, my coworker goes to pick up pizza and this poor guy is running entire store by himself! Answering phones and making pizzas… and our order was perfect! It’s a shame when nobody wants to work, but this young man stepped up and did the job of multiple people and should be rewarded for his dedication in a time when so many don’t want to work.

Don’t order from here, service is terrible. Pre ordered 1.5 hours early and pizza was over 30 minutes late by time I called to check on it. Was our dinner plan for the kids and it being late ruined that. The woman who answered laughed at caring about a bad review, so here it is….worst papa John’s ever dealt with.
