It was ok. It was a hassle getting the app to work so I didn’t get my rewards or birthday reward. But the pizza was good. Haven’t been to pizza Hut in a long time so it was better than I remembered.

This is the third time I’ve had an issue with this location. First two being they made the wrong size and had to remake the pizzas. Tonight they not only FORGOT to make the pizza, but they made it incorrectly and half of it is just bread. I can’t count the number of times I go in there and see employees on their phones. If I had the option of another pizza place nearby, I’d go there. I could buy frozen pizza at the grocery but like many people, enjoy a fresh made pizza. I understand mistakes happen to all of us, but at this rate, it’s just one after the other. Enough to make me just drive to Glasgow for something better.

I just can’t believe the cost and it’s not even that good of tasting food.i got a bar b que chicken pizza and the crust was so hard and I also ordered what was supposed to be Cajun french fries as an appetizer and they brought us plan ole fries in a plastic container and they not only wasn’t Cajun but there was only like 10 fries or less in the container wth….I just hate that it wasn’t a better experience and better food for the money we spent there…

They are always friendly and have always had my order ready when the app said it should be. Everything I’ve ordered from the Edmonton location has been made as ordered and haven’t had any problems with them since I decided to give pizza hut another try about a year ago
