The company was so under staff, had one front counter person, that was doing her best to take care of all the customers coming, on top of her doing drive Thursday orders too, and only two people in the kitchen trying to get orders out, the service was ok, but we waited an 1 hour before getting are order placed. MOST DEFINITELY NEED MORE STAFF

First thing no salad dressing, second thing no Parmesan cheese. The restaurant has what I believe to be a strong mildew odor. The whole time we sat at our table other tables were not being cleaned off there’s trash all over the floors and to top it off we ordered a supreme pan and it came out with black stuff all over the top which appears to be plastic but, we were told it came from inside the oven. This place needs to be shut down and cleaned thoroughly especially the oven. I am a combat veteran and I’ve eaten cleaner places while I was stationed in Iraq. This place is disgusting!!!

I sat at the drive thru window being ignored for 15 minutes at an empty store. By the time someone came to check me in I waited another 15 minutes and had to substitute one of my items bc my order wasn’t done. The pizza tasted like it had been sitting for awhile bc it was cold and had a strange taste. The bread sticks were hard and the wings were cold and looked as if they’d just been thrown into the container. Worst experience at Pizza Hut I’ve ever had. I gave one star bc there’s no option for 0 stars.
