We stopped by to get a few Blizzards for the family. Fast, friendly service. Blizzards were really good and our favorites are the Turtle Sundae and Butterfinger Blizzard. I like that they offer a mini size. They also have good hamburgers and fries – much better than some of the fast food burger options because these taste more like a good homemade grilled burger.

Was there 45 min before I was told they didn’t have the chicken I ordered, they had placed blizzard down on a shelf by the time it was handed to me it was completely melted. I asked for a refund stood there for another 10 min before another person came from the back and gave me a refund. There was no other customers I’m the store..

The staff dealt with a frozen ice cream machine and a store full of customers as well as about a half dozen cars outside very well. It was a difficult situation, and the team did a great job explaining to customers, correcting the problems, and taking care of everyone’s orders.

Purchased food from here a couple days ago, and today July 19, I get a translation from Dairy Queen saying someone used my card while the facility wasn’t even open yet. Things people clearly wrote down my card number and stole funds from my account!! Employees need to be investigated for theft!!

Ordered a round birthday cake online 1 week prior to needing it with all my customizations notated. When I arrived to pick it up not only was the cake not ready, the manager didn’t even know a cake had been ordered and tried to tell me she could only make the heart shaped valentine cake. When I explained I had ordered it online in advance and began to pull up the email confirmation, she walked away and began grumbling to another employee saying she didn’t want to deal with me. I don’t think she knew I could hear her because she came back to view the confirmation and said she would make a cake for me right then but she wasn’t able to make the size or flavor I originally ordered. I am thankful the cake was made quickly but I do not recommend ordering online in advance. Honestly don’t bother getting their cakes unless its one that is already premade in their freezer. This entire experience ended up costing more money than originally quoted, was late, and came with a side of attitude.

This Dairy queen is very clean and well managed. Friendly service. The manager is energetic and ever ready with a smile. There are even healthy foods available here. We decided to take a little drive to get ice cream,so decided to drive down to the Dairy Queen.They were quite busy,but were very friendly & efficient.They got the orders out in a reasonable time frame.The cashier was very friendly & courteous!
