Someone was in the drive thru and he never moved. Instead of asking him to park so the rest of the line could go thru they just let him sit there. The reason I use drive thru is it’s harder for me to walk in., which I had to do, so thank you.

Love this Papa Murphys location. The kids working are always super friendly and nice and the pizza is amazing! They are often busy and I am impressed how the teenagers working stay positive and friendly and do such a great job. Repeat customers. Shout out to Haily, Cruize and Daphne who have all been great.

The Fritos Outlaw Pizza is awesome! Such a great combo. It is our new favorite take and bake pizza. Too bad it is only for a limited time. Hopefully one day Papa Murphy’s will decide to make it a regular menu item.

Serious quality issues at this location. It’s always something every time I pick up a pizza. I either have toppings on my pizza that somehow made it on my pizza that I did not order and the pizza anymore are made horribly sloppy. I’m going to try another location.

Great food but the staff kills me. Everytime it’s something with the younger staff they have in there. Always an issue with something, or always something they “can’t” do. And they rarely have a good customer service attitude. For example today I decided last minute to stop and grab some food. Pull up the “pick up” window and politely ask if I can just order or if I need to go online order it and drive around the building. Let me note that there are ZERO customers at this time. He informed me I would have to come in to order . I understand that it’s a pick up window but know one is thinking about the customer any more. It would have caused no issue for him just to take my order as if he would when I walked in. Needless to say foods great staff is terrible most of the time at this location.
