This is my wife’s an I go to spot for a quick and cheap meal. We typically go in the evening for their Hoppy Hour. The food is always great and so is the service. I recommend trying the Pumpkin Spice Pancakes. In addition, this IHOP always decorated for the Holidays and they do a great job!

Excellent service! We did call ahead seating and we had a table immediately. The waitress we had was super friendly and the food came out fast. The split decision breakfast is always our favorite choice as it has French toast, pancakes, eggs, bacon and sausage. The buy one, get one milkshakes are great too! Highly recommend this location!

We came right after a soccer game with about 15 kids and 20 adults. we made a reservation a day before. We got there early they have the space for us. The host, servers and managers were very kind, welcome and they had great services for us! They were organize choose number according to our team they work it out per family the bill! we all love that food was delicious! Kids love the promotion of the milkshake 2X!!

If I could rate 0 stars , I would . Terrible attitude and demeanor from the hostess Caro. Horrible customer service from the waiters. I asked my waiter for a side of breakfast potatoes well done and when it was brought out by a waitress I explained that I had asked for them well done she scoffed , rolled her eyes and then replied “ well you didn’t ask me for them so …?” I asked to speak to a manager and the man who had been bussing the tables came and said he was in charge. Smh this place is the worst ihop in the area. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

We tried to eat there a couple minutes ago. One toddler and one baby. Wait to be seated and no one came so we sat ourselves. Almost 10 minutes later a young man came from the kitchen and disrespectfully ask: who sat you there? that part of the restaurant it’s closed! Go to the front! So we stand and then he sat another customer, take his order, went to ask another table about their food and passing by us went back to the kitchen NOT SITTING US!!!

Disappointed. I said cheese on my eggs I couldn’t taste no cheese. Order 2 lemonade it tasted like water had to Order sprite drinks. The sauage and bacon was overcooked. The hashbrowns and pancakes was good but they didn’t even melt the butter on my pancakes. I asked for more butter. The butter was hard like it came out a freezer

They have a few good waitresses. But the two grandmas working the front are nasty and rude. The other waiting staff is forgetful or rude with bad attitude. The place is new and renovated but I’d rather go to the older location in Sterling because at least their service is good and consistent.

Save your time and go somewhere else. You will be waiting 10-15 minutes to order your food and 40-60 minutes to get your food, and another 15-20 minutes to pay the bill. We gave them the second chance and I wish we didn’t.
