I love a good craft sandwich shop with cool names for their menu. The staff here for me at least was very nice and accommodating to my food allergies. Olivia knows hospitality. I give this place a solid 5 stars and a for being a Dakine spot to get some grinds. MAHALO NUI LOA!

Breakdown: I’m happy Ike’s exists. The selection of vegan, veggie, and regular samiches is 2nd to none (in Reno). The sauces were amazing. The service was excellent, and everyone was very helpful. The only issues I had were the floor was sticky and the rugs need to be washed bad, but other than I will definitely be bringing my family back! We love the huge onion rings and the sauces!

My conversation today with a female worker while trying to place an order…. “hi can I place an order for pick up” “it will take 2 hours” “really? 2 hours for a sandwich” “have you ever worked in a restaurant before?” “Um what? I came into Ikes and was greeted by Olivia. She proceeded to help me with a great work attitude. I had my fair share of Ikes but this one I will keep coming back for. Olivia made my experience better with her charismatic personality and work ethics. I asked to speak to her manager so that I can acknowledge her and let them know how great of a worker she is. Come to find out she is a manager herself. We need more Olivia’s in work places so that customer satisfaction is guaranteed.
