I ordered specifically based on a negative review photo that looked delicious in my opinion lol. And I was absolutely not disappointed. I ordered a colossal pepperoni pizza and a medium peirogi pizza, side of ranch and 24 Oz sprite. The pizza’s were absolutely perfect and delicious and they do not skimp on cheese! I received all of my items as well. I’m not sure why there’s so many negative reviews but I’m glad I gave them a chance. I will order again!

Ordered a steak wrap with mayo. The steak wrap says on their online menu it comes with grilled onions grilled peppers and mushrooms w/ lettuce & tomato….. Absolutely no peppers. Raw onions and no mushrooms. Drenched in mayo and it wasn’t even wrapped like a normal wrap. Just a big blob gross mess.

Terrible hoagie. No flavor. American cheese? Blech. Mozzarella sticks ok. Whoever owns this place or cooks here, order a hoagie from any other pizza place that gets better reviews than you and do a blind taste test. Adjust accordingly.

Ordered last night, got the chicken salad and pepperoni rolls and all meat calzone. Everything was delicious and the pepperoni rolls were the best I have had. Plenty of pepperoni and cheese, not skimpy on the fillings!

Placed a walk in order around 820pm waited about half n hr for our food, we were then given the wrong order and offerd no compensation for our trouble or the near 40min ride home n back to the shop with food we did not want. Terrible experience 0/10 would not recommend first and last time customer.

We love Merlino’s! Ordered again tonight for pickup, and was not disappointed. Pizza was delicious, breadsticks were perfect, we’ll be splitting the Hoagie for lunch tomorrow…but I already know it will be on point! Great job Merlino’s!

If I could give Merlino’s 0 stars I would. Such a shame to pay $30 for THIS… I thought it would be hard for someone to jack up a pepperoni pizza, but Merlino’s sure knows how to! It was my first time ordering from them and needless to say I never will again.

Spent $30. They delivered left on porch without knocking in 20 degree weather food was cold and soggy!! Called store to complain, they don’t answer phone had to leave a message!! On top of all that was the worst steak hoagie I ever ate, they forgot my mushrooms and there was no cheese, if there was I couldn’t tell. I will never order from them again and I will tell my friends not to bother!!
