The dining area remains closed in 2023. Chicken is old and served reheated. Waited 20 minutes in drive through, chicken is old and cold fries. Never spend money here!

We ordered and rhen processing our wait time was approx 15-20 >ish minutes, but to be 100% fair they did ask if that was “ok” via drive thru due to they were cooking everything fresh! We had no problem in waiting, but I will say with the rush and rhe amount of people I am not mad at the staff it happens and we had fresh piping hot food that we could not physically touch for about 4 minutes which was great!

They were very busy Friday evening and of course had some old crotchety men that were mad because they had to wait 15 minutes. The staff was doing a good job of hustling and the food was excellent, people need to remember that those people are serving us food. Where is the kindness in people anymore?? Verified and ordered spicy chicken breasts through the drive thru. Got it home and neither were spicy. This is not the first time this has happened. I even asked before I placed the order. Very disappointed. If I wanted regular chicken, I wouldn’t have paid $2.79 each for them.

Can someone like a health inspector go in and monitor this Church’s chicken? Old dry chicken not the breast meat but the dark meat is dry as heck almost like they refry the already fried chicken again. Don’t believe me try it out yourself… or on second thought don’t try it and close them down or find new employees this place sucks!

I usually like church’s chicken so I thought I would stop at this location in Owasso it was close to lunchtime and there was no one there or anywhere but I went ahead and took a chance.. So their dining room is still closed for some reason after all this time from covid. I went ahead and went to the drive-through and ordered the 5 piece chicken strip went up to the window and paid for it they said they were cooking my fries fresh and for some reason they had me pull around the other side of the building to the double doors doors. There was no one behind me there was no 1 ordering there was no reason to have to go to the double doors while they cooked the fries. So I go to the double doors wait for the food it comes out she hands me the bag and walks back in and lock the doors I drive across the street to the gas station to eat and at the window I told her barbecue and ketchup So I get to enjoy cold chicken, hot fries and no ketchup and no barbecue. That’s aggravating. The only reason they got a second star is because the fries were warm. There will be no need for me to ever come here again. And don’t let the pictures follow you about the chicken. They’re tiny
