We were a little skeptical of the less than 4 star (total) review, but we were pleasantly surprised! The food was delicious. Nice portion on the bento boxes plus two rolls we ordered. The service was good and our server helped us pick out some sake. Overall it was a great meal. There were lots of folks doing all you can eat but we opted to order from the menu and were not disappointed. I will say the music was a little loud, but that was the only, minor, minus about the atmosphere.

Came on a weekend and it was great. The fish was fresh tasting. From the unique, we liked the salmon and fish crush. We tried several of the skewers and they were good and moist. Hotate and uni nigiri were great. I would not get the handrolls again since there was too much rice. Sashimi was great both as chef tasting and choosing our own. The lion king roll was definitely the best one.

So many rules for AYCE. The food is not outstanding. Not the best sushi restaurant in town. The place is so crowded that it was hard to get the attention of the waiter when needed.

Great place for a casual sushi experience. You truly get your money’s worth here. There’s relatively a lot of sitting room given the area. The staff is good at making sure I was always stuffing my face. 😀 Suffice to say. I left there full of the ‘-itis and loved it! I would definitely come back here again.

Only tried this place once. Not bad for AYCE sushi at $40+ per person. If you can eat a lot, then I think it’s a good place for you. If you cannot eat a lot and you prefer top quality stuff, then this place is probably not a good fit for you. Some items (expensive ones) are limited each time you order, and the waiter would bring your items out. I though that was a clever move on the restaurant: it was good control on food quota and how fast you get to have your food.

Ultra Sushi is a solid AYCE sushi place here in the bay. For $46, you get to order as much nigiri, sashimi, and rolls as you want (though you have to follow their particular rules). The fish quality is decent (not amazing) and the proportions are definitely generous. I suggest coming during off hours because the service is instant. I’ve come when they were really busy and our food didn’t come out nearly as fast. For what it’s worth, I think Ultra Sushi is one of the better AYCE sushi places around for the price, and it’s one of my go-to’s when I’m craving a lot of sushi.

Surprised about the low ratings but I guess it will work to my advantage as I keep enjoying this all you can eat and drink (sake) place. Uni is a must. To those that rated this place low, enjoy your Big Mac.

A little on the pricey side for AYCE. After they added their service fees, was close to $60 per person.
