My daughter recommended Fresca and she did not steer us wrong. I am gluten free and Italian places can be a challenge. It had the GF Cheese Ravioli and I was very pleased. The ravioli were cooked perfectly and the sauce was pretty darn good. It could have used a few more spices but at least it wasn’t overly sweet like some restaurants. Kimi,our server, was excellent and brought me GF bread to go with my ravioli. My wife got a small pizza and loved it. The crust was tasty and was cooked just right. Portion sizes were good and prices are average for the area. She got a canoli for dessert and I had a affogato with canoli gelato. Both were very good. Fresca was easy to find and there is plenty of parking.

I didn’t look deep into this place only seen that they had gelato, let me tell you best damn gelato I’ve ever had! I didn’t realize the owner was from NY which now looking at their menu totally makes sense. I’m also from NY so I enjoyed a little conversation with the owner. She was very sweet and the other girls as well. I only got the gelato because I already ate and they were about to close. Next time I’m here I will be trying their food and getting gelato again for sure!

My daughter and I were driving through Prescott when hunger struck . We both need gluten free food and this little eatery popped up in our search for gluten free pizza ! The staff here were super friendly and let us know that though the food was gluten free the eatery is only gluten friendly as the space is used for both . We ordered 2 pizzas both named for NYC places and they were delicious! The pizza crust is rice based and very crispy …held up well even the next day left overs 🙂 It was my birthday and was given a birthday gelato! The decor is all about NYC which was interesting as well. I would go back:)

It was our first time trying this Cafe the food was really good hot was fresh it was a lot of food it tasted great. They have paninis, pastas, pizzas and salads. We will be going back for sure very soon.

I just recently visited this restaurant with a friend and we were blown away by the incredible service, delicious food, and mouth watering gelato. It has become our destination spot for our friend lunches. I highly recommend trying samples of the gelato. It is the best I have had anywhere in Arizona and Nevada!
